We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that not all products are right for everyone. That's why we offer an exchange, refund or store credit so you're able to find something you are happy with!

If you've had a change of mind, we're more than happy to offer you a refund, exchange or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Store Credits last for 12 months and can be used on anything on our website! All sale items are final and do not qualify for returns, exchanges or store credit unless damaged or faulty.


You have 10 days to initiate the returns process from the time you receive your package.

All returned items must be in "sellable condition," meaning they must be:

  • In their original condition with original tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, free of odors, dirt, stains, fake tan, rips, tears, or any other form of damage.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or store credit on sale items (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc.) earrings, Saikyo Pantry items, or gift cards.

How to Return

To start the return process, please send an email to with your return request, including your order number.

All return inquiries must be requested and sent via email to initiate the returns process.

Store Credit

All Store Credits are in the original purchase amount (minus discounts and an $8.95 to cover the return shipping fee)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

We recommend you use tracking when sending your parcel back to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to packages being returned to us

Once we have approved the return we will send you a prepaid shipping label to attach to your return package.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns for domestic or international orders.


Once your return reaches the warehouse and has been assessed for damage, Store Credit and refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days (this time frame may be longer in busy periods). All Store Credits and refunds are in the original purchase amount (minus discounts and an $8.95 to cover the return shipping fee)

Faulty Goods

While all of our items undergo extensive quality control, if you believe you have received a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at

Images or videos of the defect or damage along with your initial email, as well as your order number, must be included to help us assess the issue. We will not be able to help you until this has been completed.

We may need to have the faulty item physically assessed to determine the nature of the defect, and reserve the right to decline a return where any fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
